Edu Pereira is the one behind the stoves: the person in charge of our culinary creations and who puts soul and passion in each dish.

With a career of more than 15 years, 

Edu was trained at the Santiago hospitality

school and since then he has never left the kitchen behind at any time: 

learning and innovating together with some of the great chefs in Europe, cultivating techniques that he has reflected and transferred to our kitchen in bicos.


After working in many other restaurants, 

he finally decided to undertake this

personal project and open bicos with Marta.


If you come to visit us, you will find him in the kitchen… but whenever
he can, he goes out to say hello!
